Marion holiday home is ideal for winter or 'snowbird' visitors,
at the following 'snowbird special' prices:
1 month - $1,100
2 months - $950 per calenday month
3 months - $825 per calendar month
4 or more months - $775 per calender month

Mid Oct to mid Dec - $300 per week
Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving - $450 per week

For
rentals of 12 months or more - $725 per calendar month |

For
'snowbird special' rentals, a deposit of $500 is required to
secure the booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival
date.
For long-term rentals, a breakage deposit of one months rent
is needed to secure the booking, and the balance is due in monthly
instalments commencing 4 weeks before arrival. |
